What You'll Be Doing:
Drive Product Decisions: Analyze our pharmacy, patient-facing, and provider-facing products to guide key product decisions and strategies.
Automate Processes: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to automate and streamline operational processes.
Optimize Planning: Build and refine models to enhance driver planning and provide insights on hiring strategy, performance, and retention.
Develop Data Models: Create robust data models to support quick and accurate decision-making.
Support Roadmap: Identify opportunities and measure the impact of product launches through A/B testing and comprehensive analysis.
Design Dashboards: Use SQL to design and launch dashboards that track the success of our product initiatives.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Research, Engineering, Growth, and Operations teams to provide insights and drive meaningful change.
Improve Supply Chain: Identify and implement improvements in procurement, inventory management, and fulfillment to enhance margins.
Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and consistency through best practices in analysis and reporting.
Advance Data Culture: Contribute to building a strong data culture within the team through collaboration, coaching, and process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: BA/BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in an analytics or technical role, with a focus on operational and supply chain data.
Skills: Expert in SQL, with experience in creating dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar tools. Proficient in scripting and ETL processes.
Attributes: Passionate about solving user problems with data-driven solutions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Additional: Experience with data pipelines and demand forecasting is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
