Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing digital SaaS products in advertising, retail, or retail media networks. In this role, you will play a key part in researching, defining and enhancing the user experience for Vantage’s industry-leading products. Your work will drive the visual and functional aspects of our product suite and help shape the future of retail media.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, users, and other stakeholders to define and deliver user-centered design solutions that align with business goals.
• Plan and conduct user research with clear goals, including surveys, usability testing, and user interviews.
• Create and maintain design standards to ensure consistency across all Vantage products.
• Help define and cultivate the Vantage design process and culture.
• Advocate for the user at all stages of the product development process, ensuring that the voice of the customer is reflected in the final product.
• Document and present design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in from all relevant teams.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately.
• International and domestic travel will be required up to 25% of the time.

Required Skills:

• Experience in designing SaaS product
• Proven experience in user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design
• Deep empathy for understanding customer problems and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
• Experience in digital advertising, retail, or retail media networks is a plus
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, account management, and marketing teams
• Familiarity with design systems and their implementation across multiple products
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
