Job Description

• Are you a skilled Senior Project Manager with deep experience in delivering complex, cross-functional projects in regulated industries? We're looking for a proven leader to guide the implementation of the Apriso MES system - enabling digital transformation at a sterilization site.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-accountability environments, has experience with GxP and supply chain/manufacturing systems, and can drive large initiatives using PMI best practices.

• Lead end-to-end MES implementation including warehouse management and eDHR enablement.
• Drive cross-functional project teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, IT) to project success.
• Own project delivery - budget, risk, governance, stakeholder communication.
• Develop project plans, charters, risk logs, and schedules.
• Mentor junior project managers and facilitate team performance.
• Deliver executive-level updates and maintain alignment across diverse stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 10 years of senior-level project management experience using PMI/PMBOK methodologies.
• Proven track record in medical devices or regulated industries (GxP preferred).
• Strong experience managing SDLC/Waterfall projects.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with MES, ERP, and supply chain systems integration.
• Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
• PMP certification (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with sterilization operations, manufacturing, or device history records.
