Position: Senior Quality Engineer
Your Unique Role:
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of related experience.
• Previous experience in plastics manufacturing, extrusion
or injection molding
• Previous leadership experience
• Experience with quality methods such as statistical
process control, pareto, gage studies, capability analysis,
design of experiments, etc. and managing Quality
Management Systems
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and
developing effective solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with
teams such as product development, operations, and
supply chain and leading quality improvement initiatives.
