About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter at Mangomint, you’ll be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to make salons and spas more profitable. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and onboard top talent that aligns with our culture. In this Senior Recruiter role, you’ll also assist with projects, supporting both talent acquisition and people operations. As a Senior Recruiter you will:
Own full-cycle recruiting for various departments
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions
Develop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline
Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling
Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication
Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes
Assist in execution of Talent Acquisition and People Operations related projects and tasks
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in recruiting for high-growth companies (preferably SaaS)
Proven success hiring for sales, go-to-market and high-volume roles
Strong skills in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing
Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders
Passion for fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience
Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby)
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote setting, across various time zones
Passion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace
