Job Description: Senior Salesforce QA Tester

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce QA Tester with 10+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, including automation, integration, and performance testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce platforms , test automation, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires expertise in leading testing strategies, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Testing Strategy & Execution

• Lead end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing .
• Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce using Selenium, Provar, or TestNG .
• Validate custom objects, Lightning components (LWC), Visualforce pages, Flows, and Apex triggers .
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.

Automation & API Testing

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Conduct API testing for Salesforce integrations using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI .
• Test Salesforce data migrations, batch jobs, and real-time integrations with third-party applications.

Performance, Security & CI/CD Testing

• Perform load and performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner .
• Validate user roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings to ensure data protection.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps) .

Defect Management & Documentation

• Track and manage defects using JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM .
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test execution reports .
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business teams to resolve issues.

Mentorship & Leadership

• Mentor junior testers and lead the Salesforce QA team .
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies, automation coverage, and QA processes .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 10+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (manual and automation).
✔ Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud .
✔ Hands-on experience in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Provar, TestNG, JUnit).
✔ Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, Apex, SOQL, and custom objects .
✔ Experience in API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured).
✔ Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps).
✔ Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
✔ Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Einstein Analytics .
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
