The Role

We are looking for a Senior Scheduler/Analyst to join our team providing construction management services for key projects within the Capitol Complex, Washington, D.C . This role requires expertise in creating, analyzing, and maintaining detailed project schedules to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain engineering and construction project schedules using Primavera and MS Project.
• Collaborate with design and construction engineers to optimize schedules and proactively mitigate potential delays.
• Analyze schedule-related claims and change orders, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee and manage subordinate Project Schedulers to ensure consistent scheduling practices.
• Provide detailed schedule reports to Construction, Project, or Program Managers to support decision-making and project tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned that may be appropriate for the position.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduling or related roles within engineering or construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, or Business Management.
• Strong proficiency in scheduling software, specifically Primavera and MS Project.
• Expertise in cost estimation and change order analysis.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
