Job Description

As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Engagedly, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging with prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on companies with 250+ employees, leveraging your expertise in the HR tech space to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calling and emailing to identify and qualify potential clients in organizations with 250+ employees.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and the HR tech space to effectively communicate the value of Engagedly's solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with key decision-makers, understand their needs, and articulate how Engagedly can address their challenges.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified meetings, and opportunities created.


Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Quota Attainment: Demonstrated success with 80% quota attainment or higher in previous roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the HR tech space and an understanding of HR software solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with C-level executives.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubsport, Parallel Dialers) and other sales tools.
  • Results-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
