Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator to provide expert-level support, configuration, and maintenance for engineering and design software systems, photogrammetric applications, and enterprise-level technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing complex technical environments, supporting CAD and GIS tools, overseeing software licensing, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level help desk and desk-side support for photogrammetric applications , including ImageStation Orthopro, Stereo Display, DTM Collection, and related tools.
Manage and troubleshoot raster products and CAD/engineering design applications such as ArcGIS, MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, and Bluebeam.
Offer first-level support for engineering project management software , including Bentley ProjectWise.
Provide configuration, upgrade, and troubleshooting support for plotter software and devices , including ProjectWise Interplot and large-format plotters.
Maintain and administer software licensing pools for CADD and engineering-related tools (e.g., Bentley, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Visual 10 Lighting, ETAP, and others).
Support GIS applications such as ESRI ArcGIS and Global Mapper.
Deliver Microsoft desktop and operating system support , including configuration and troubleshooting of applications, drivers, and peripherals.
Manage and maintain workstations, laptops, and hardware from multiple vendors (Lenovo, Dell, etc.).
Participate in planning and implementation of enterprise-level projects , including workstation deployments and system upgrades.
10+ years of experience in Bentley ProjectWise administration .
10+ years of experience supporting photogrammetric software installation and maintenance.
10+ years of experience in Bentley MicroStation CADD management within a networked environment.
10+ years supporting CADD applications such as InRoads and Interplot.
10+ years managing large-format plotters and scanners in a CADD environment.
10+ years of multi-application/vendor license management .
10+ years in project planning and management .
5+ years of experience supporting Bluebeam software .
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and desktop administration.
Bentley Certifications (e.g., MicroStation, ProjectWise, OpenRoads, CADD Management).
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) .
CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications.
