Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. **Education / Experience Required** : Prefer 5 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree. Preferred experience includes Soarian Financials (RevElate). WIll also consider Millennium Revenue Cycle knowledge. Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all production server hardware and software. Provide escalated technical support for complex technical issues which may include leading problem management cases and providing management status. Coordinate escalated support cases and lead appropriate internal technical resources and/or third party vendors to resolution and coordinate a storage infrastructure of Oracle system and database appliances.
