Are you ready to drive innovation and lead in traffic engineering? Join us as a Senior Traffic Project Manager in our dynamic Louisiana operation, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our Traffic Engineering practice.

As a Senior Traffic Project Manager , you'll dive into a diverse array of projects that promise excitement and challenge. From conducting existing condition and traffic surveys to overseeing traffic impact studies, you'll be at the forefront of shaping transportation solutions. But that's not all – you'll also delve into feasibility analysis, schematic design, and much more. If you're passionate about making a tangible impact on communities through transportation infrastructure, this is the role for you.

What we're looking for:

• A degree in engineering, planning, or a related field.
• A PE License in Louisiana. 
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in traffic engineering, showcasing your expertise and commitment to the field.
• Proficiency in engineering software, manuals, and methodologies crucial for executing the projects outlined above.
• A proven track record of successfully managing projects, ensuring they stay on track with scope, schedule, and budget.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Extensive experience, with 12 or more years working on projects similar to those mentioned, with at least 5 years in a project management capacity.
• A knack for business development, demonstrating your ability to drive growth and success.
• Exceptional team-building and management skills, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Familiarity with SYNCHRO, VISSIM, and other modeling software, as well as, proficiency in Microstation or other CAD software.
• TxDOT precertification in relevant categories, showcasing your commitment to excellence in transportation engineering.
