Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert legal counsel on estate planning, trusts, and probate matters.
* Draft and review wills, trusts, and related documents to ensure compliance with state laws.
* Advise clients on tax implications, asset protection strategies, and wealth transfer options.
* Represent clients in probate proceedings and trust administration.
* Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure best practices.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service.
* Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to develop comprehensive estate plans.
* Stay updated on changes in trust and estate law to provide informed guidance.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in CT.
5 or more years of experience in trust and estates law.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
* Proven track record of successful client interactions and case management.
