As we continue to evolve, we are looking to expand our team by hiring a Senior UX Researcher to better understand our users, their needs, and how to create products that enable them to be more productive.
Research Strategy and Planning:
Conducting Research:
Design and conduct a variety of user research studies, including but not limited to usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather deep insights into user behavior, needs, and motivations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or related experience) in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consumer user experience research within the tech industry.
Proficiency in a wide range of user research methodologies and tools, including remote research tools and techniques.
Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive attitude who can lay the foundations of a future UXR org as we grow.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
