This pizza will be naturally leavened, created from a 4-year-old starter, and prepared with custom blended organic, whole-wheat flour from Central Milling. This product is truly a unique blend of both tradition, and innovation. The restaurant’s rustic seasonal menu will also feature handmade pastas and homemade gelato.
We are a 70 seat restaurant with 16 Bar seats. The menu is paired with a Southern Italian wine list and an outstanding bar program.
