As a restaurant server, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements on the patio
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests with a friendly demeanor
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and work stations
• Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation

Qualifications:

• Illinois BASSET Alcohol Training and Accredited Food Handler's Certificates are required to work
• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
• Attention to detail and a passion for providing memorable experiences
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is a must
