Your Role:

As a Server/Bartender, you’ll be the face of our hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking Orders: Accurately and with a smile!
• Crafting Beverages: Mix and serve drinks to guests, following recipes and requests.
• Menu Knowledge: Offering suggestions and ensuring a delightful dining experience.
• Problem-Solving: Addressing any issues to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Handling Payments: Efficiently processing transactions.
• Stock Management: Monitor and restock bar inventory as needed.

What We're Looking for:

• Bartending Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment is highly desired.
  
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desired.
• Positive Attitude: Thrive under pressure and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Commitment to Excellence: Dedicated to providing top-notch service.
• Team Player: Work well with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
• Attention to Detail: Handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system with ease.

Skills Needed:

• Mixology Skills: Proficiency in crafting a variety of drinks.
• Suggestive Selling: Promote food and beverage items effectively.
• Mathematical Skills: Make accurate change.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Multi-tasking: Navigate a bustling environment with ease.
• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with technology.
• Safety Knowledge: Understand workplace safety procedures.
• Licenses/Certifications: Must have state-required licenses, health, and alcohol compliance cards if applicable.

Physical Requirements:

• On Your Feet: Able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Hands-On: Reach, lift, bend, stoop, and wipe continuously.
• Heavy Lifting: Push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stay Safe: Be aware of common hazards like burns, falls, and cuts.
• Personal Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, including frequent hand washing.
• Age Requirement: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
