Part-time and full-time positions are available.

• Serves Member's food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
• Must have bartending experience 
• Will work bar shifts for member events and banquets at night and be available for lunch shifts during the day
• Provides information to help with food and beverage selections.
• Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
• Arrange table settings.
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times.
• Deliver checks and process payments.
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented with a priority on teamwork.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move heavy items.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to get along with a variety of personalities.

The Club at Renaissance opened its doors in 2003 featuring a championship Arthur Hills-designed golf course hailed as one of the best in southwest Florida. Shortly thereafter, in 2004, the David Humphrey-designed clubhouse was completed.
