Responsibilities:

• Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Demonstrate incredible hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with our guests.
• Deliver an extraordinary dining experience by tour guiding guests through food and drink menus, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients.
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that exceed guests' expectations.
• Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of while building their intent to return.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have current food handler’s certification.
• Must have current TABC certification.
• Must be able to be on your feet for most of your shift.
• Knowledge of safe food handling process as well as sanitation.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and teamwork.
• Detailed oriented.
• Ability to learn the menus.
• Knowledge of equipment safety.
• Reliable transportation.
• Open availability is a plus, but not a requirement.
