Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exterior home systems excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Conduct inspections on windows doors siding and roofing to identify defects or installation issues.
Perform adjustments repairs or replacements to exterior home systems.
Ensure all work meets building codes company standards and warranty terms.
Communicate with home owners to understand issues set expectations and explain warranty procedures.
Provide timely updates to customers on the status of service requests and repair timelines.
Maintain detailed records of inspections repairs and parts replaced through the companys services team.
