Service Technician

• Starting Pay is $25/hour and increases to $28/hour after initial 90 day training period!

Are you a people-first person with a “can-do” attitude? Are you independent and like working autonomously? Do you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and are you highly nimble? If so, we are looking for you to join our Sole Source Medical team. In this role you will  perform routine cleaning services and inspections of medical equipment in hospitals.

Who Are We?

Sole Source Medical focuses on efficient, deep cleaning and inspections of hospital ORs and equipment, without interrupting patient care or hospital flow.

We are looking for a Service Technician who will successfully complete deep technical hospital cleanings and inspections throughout the OR suites, Sterile Processing and Decon departments.

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

• English Fluency
• Customer-First Mindset
• Ability to pass a drug and background check
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination

You must also be able to:

• Handle long periods of sitting, standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, repetitive motions, and crawling
• Work in cramped spaces and sometimes awkward positions
• Move or lift heavy equipment/objects (over 50 pounds)
• Push, pull heavy equipment/objects (over 50 pounds)

Expected Working Schedule

This is a part-time position of roughly 20-24 hours/week. Most work occurs on weekends and weeknights. There is also a full-time technician role available, so please let us know if you are interested.

• Technicians often travel 1+ hour(s) away to perform job duties at various hospitals. Reliable transportation is required. 
  • For service locations that require a hotel stay, you will be paid a higher travel-pay rate of $32.50
  • Strong performers will also have the opportunity to fly to service locations in new markets as we expand our services nationally.
