CCM Modernization SharePoint Power Platform Developer

• Requires an experienced Power Platform developer with deep experience around SharePoint functionality, integration and best practices around designing, building, and maintaining applications using Microsoft's Power Platform. The position will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents to create custom solutions. Will utilize skills and knowledge in SharePoint 2013+, SharePoint Online and Power Automate workflows.
• Support development of technical solutions to meet demands of CT DDS modernization
• Design and architect solutions using Power Platform components to meet business needs. Create data models, user interfaces, workflows, and reports
• The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents to create efficient and effective solutions
• Develop custom applications using Power Apps
• Develop and maintain concise end user documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and user-friendly applications.
• Support testing and remediate defects.
• Utilize canvas apps to create intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experience.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Tenant environments and management of environments.
• Experience with SharePoint native objects and permissions (lists/views/web parts).
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse/Common Data Service.
• Solid understanding of data connections, formulas, and expressions within PowerApps.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents). Knowledge of SQL Server.
• Experience working with enterprise integrations based on the MS Power Platform
• Proficiency in data modeling, UI/UX design, and workflow automation.

Preferred Skills:

• 1+ Year Working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Data verse, SharePoint, Power BI
• 2+ Years Working with SQL
• 1+ Year Working with Azure DevOps
• 1+ Year experience with AWS, Google or Azure Cloud Services
• 1+ Years in Agile Development
• Strong problem-solving skills and Strong attention to detail
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of relational database concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases
• Experience with writing technical requirements and test scripts
