Marco's Pizza Shift Lead - Winter Park

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and customer service, as well as adhering to all procedures and policies and making sure the entire crew does too. Time Management
• Product, service, and image fall under the Shift Leaders, the cornerstones of Marco's.
• We are looking for FUTURE MANAGERS, we are willing to train you if you have what it takes.
• We are opening a lot of stores and are looking at Shift Leads to become General Managers.
• They are very well paid and have various incentives in place.
• The position will give you the Management experience you will need, not only with us but with any employer you ever work for in the future.
• We have lots of opportunity for growth for those that want it and work hard for it.

It's a fast-paced, FUN environment. We will train you to work all positions in the restaurant and train you on how to manage people and shifts and a profitable business.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift.
• Day shift.
• Evening shift.
• Every weekend.
• Monday to Friday.
• Nightshift.
• Weekend availability.

Work Location:

• One location.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay is between $14 - $17 plus pooled cash tips.
