Peregrine Team is hiring for Site Clean Technicians in New York. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.  

$20 - $24/hour

Job Duties: 

• Clean, chemically treat, and vacuum physical surfaces within a construction or technical work environment. 
• To keep floors safe, follow the instructions for power tools and chemical cleaners. fixtures.
• Blend water and cleansers or acids in compartments to get ready cleaning arrangements, blend cleaning arrangements as per particulars.
• Polish, finish, strip, and seal floors.
• Clean windows, glass allotments, mirrors, utilizing foamy water or different cleaners.
• Steam and clean rugs.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, or hardware.
• Move heavy supplies, equipment, or furniture by hand or with hand trucks.
• Answerable for utilizing materials and gear securely under the course of senior experts what's more, managers.
• Completes assignments quickly and professionally in accordance with the client's and the customer's expectations.
• Accountable for adhering to all safety regulations and job requirements. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent - Required
• Mask Fit Test - Required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently - Required 
• Shift: 40 hours (5x8)
