You Have:
• Knowledge of IT environments, software applications, and technical environments
• Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
• Ability to continue learning basic technical expertise
• Ability to monitor system dashboards and balance priorities to independently execute operations support processes
• Ability to accurately follow and update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Experience managing and deploying applications and services in a Linux environment
• TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
• HS Diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire
Nice If You Have:
• 2+ years of experience on a service desk or operations teams or in a technical role, including network engineer or system administrator
• Experience with networking, system administration, Linux, or Cloud engineering
• Experience with Jira Service Desk or other incident management and request fulfillment tools
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Possession of excellent customer support, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
