We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our vibrant Social Media and Brand team. This role is crucial in maintaining our brand's online presence, engaging with our community, and supporting various social media initiatives. This full-time position reports to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in-office.

What you’ll do:

  • Content Management
    • Schedule and manage posts across multiple social media platforms
    • Develop and maintain SOPs for asset and document management
    • Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
    • Assist with internal collaboration requests
  • Platform Specific Tasks
    • Manage and grow our Pinterest presence
    • Handle manual social posting and product tagging on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
    • Oversee story reposting and engagement across platforms
  • Community Engagement
    • Monitor and respond to social media engagement
    • Collect and manage user-generated content (UGC), including obtaining proper permissions
    • Weekly reporting on community engagement results
    • Assist with influencer communications and time management
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist in processing partner orders
    • Assist in managing social and creative product orders
    • Support team with various administrative duties as needed

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in social media management
  • Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social media management tools

The base pay range for this position is: $55,000 to $69,000 . Where an individual falls within that range will vary based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on candidate
