Position Overview
Based near Luarel, MD, we're an established media company that assists high-profile brands with B2B & B2C digital and integrating marketing strategies. 

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to develop and implement effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive customer growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with our marketing goals.

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content across social media channels including Instagram and TikTok.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to remain current and competitive.
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner to foster community and customer loyalty.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.
• Manage social media promotions and events to drive audience participation and growth.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers in the food and beverage industry to expand reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of proven social media management experience
• Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills with a keen eye for graphic design.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite and analytics tools to measure performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• A portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns and content creation successes.
