Job Overview
As a Social Media Manager, your key responsibility will be managing social media content and platforms. You'll develop content strategies, create a content calendar, and produce engaging content that connects with audiences across various platforms. Your goal will be to drive engagement and achieve measurable results through strategic, creative social media management.

Your Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Content Strategy:
Understand the client's brand, products, and objectives. From there, develop a content strategy that aligns with platform trends and delivers results.
Content Calendar:
Create a content calendar that outlines what content will be posted and when. This will also serve as a communication tool with clients about upcoming content.
Visual Effects:
Enhance the visual appeal of posts by applying effects like filters, stickers, motion graphics, and other platform-specific elements to maintain an engaging and cohesive style.
Captions:
Craft attention-grabbing captions that complement the content and strategy, ensuring messaging is impactful and on-brand.
Posting:
Ensure all content, captions, and audio work together for cohesive posts. Use scheduling tools to ensure timely posting according to the client's strategy.
Post Intention:
Understand the purpose behind each post and ensure every element, from copy to visuals, enhances the message. Use editing and copywriting techniques to create engaging content.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across platforms, compiling them into monthly reports to share with both the founder and clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the team to understand and execute the client's content vision. Incorporate feedback and suggestions to continually improve content quality.
Quality Control:
Review all content before posting to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with platform requirements. Make revisions as needed to ensure posts meet high standards.
Time Management:
Manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Maintain a consistent workflow to ensure timely delivery of all content.
Continuous Learning:
Stay current with social media trends and content strategies. Constantly refine your skills to enhance content and engagement.
SMART Goals for Social Media Management
Edit and finalize a minimum of 6 posts daily, ensuring high-quality content and timely delivery.
Respond to revisions within 24 hours.
Create visually captivating and valuable content that generates audience engagement.
Select appropriate audio, sound effects, and music to complement visuals and create an immersive experience.
Collaborate effectively by responding to feedback within 24 hours and incorporating suggestions into the content.
Ensure thorough quality control, with zero spelling errors in copy, for polished final content.
Efficiently manage multiple client accounts while meeting project deadlines.
Project Management
Time Management:
Balance multiple projects, accounts, and deadlines efficiently to ensure all content is delivered on time. Update workflow documents regularly to keep projects organized.
Organization:
Maintain well-organized social media files and client content trackers. Ensure all project files are properly stored and organized in Google Drive.
SMART Goals for Project Management
Ensure 100% of projects and deliverables are completed on time.
If a deadline cannot be met, inform all relevant parties within 24 business hours and provide an updated timeline.
Quality-check all video content for errors before sending to clients.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in social media management or marketing.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Experience with creative development, social media analytics, and campaign performance analysis.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects.
Strong editing and writing skills with quick turnaround times for real-time social media posts.
Strategic thinking and creativity in identifying potential collaborations and promotions for clients.
Ability to maintain a brand's voice in community management and respond to client needs with sound judgment.
Flexibility, curiosity, and a passion for learning and growth.
Internal Meetings
Participate in weekly one-on-ones with the Founder.
Attend monthly strategy meetings with the Founder and clients.
