Successful candidates will be able to answer questions in depth about Appium and using Appium and mobile applications. Someone who has demonstrated that they have worked on a team before, they usually find that individuals fly solo and not very collaborative and for this role, the individual needs to have former collaborative type of work and not so much on the solo side of business.
