Job Title: Software QA Tester

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements
• Execute manual and/or automated test cases for functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Perform root cause analysis and help improve product quality
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in software testing
• Experience creating and executing test cases and test plans
• Experience in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail)
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress
• Experience in API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI
• Experience with performance/load testing using JMeter or LoadRunner
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Exposure to database testing and SQL
• Federal Experience is a plus.
