Duties:

• Engage with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
• Conduct thorough presentations and demonstrations of solar products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
• Utilize Salesforce software to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
• Lead outreach efforts in your assigned territory through outside sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in energy sales or technical sales; solar sales experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a sales environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
• A passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
