Possesses a strong understanding of teaching and developing staff.
Is proficient in the use of POS systems and/or able to quickly learn and utilize these programs.
Expresses an eagerness to continue learning and staying up to date with our industry.
Possesses a fluent understanding of the basic functions of a high volume, upscale restaurant.
Is a conscientious individual with a strong sense of teamwork and the confidence to continually strive for improvement.
Has a wine certification from a recognized organization required.
Has a minimum of 3 years in the hospitality industry.
Professional and confident verbal and written communication.
Must possess leadership qualities and be able to work well with a team.
