Now Hiring:  A lead-by-example Sous Chef  who has a passion for seasonal ingredients and creating exceptionally delicious food executed and served with care and consistency. 

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

• A Base Salary Range of $75,000- $85,000

• Passionate about using high-quality and seasonal ingredients
• Energetic and enthusiastic and possess strong communication and organizational skills

• Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach restaurant employees
• 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience as a sous chef in high-volume, well-rated restaurants
• Ability to support the line during service while managing transition from prep to service
• Excellent meat/fish butchery and pizza and pasta production experience is highly preferred
• Experience with Socal and seasonal cuisines; with a focus on Italian cuisine preferred
