Join the team of Product Data Operations (PDO) as a Content Moderator. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content to ensure it complies with our guidelines helping to maintain a safe and respectful online environment.

Responsibilities:

• Moderate mild to moderately sensitive content.
• Stay informed about products and community standards.
• Review comments videos and posts for guideline violations.
• Investigate and address account support requests and content reports.
• Respond to user inquiries with highquality support.
• Use marketspecific knowledge to enhance community assistance.
• Analyze data for improved user experience.
• Enforce platform policies by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Recognize trends and escalate issues beyond standard procedures

Required skills

• Fluent in Spanish
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with content moderation preferred.
• Familiarity with Social Media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
