Garden State Consultants, Inc. is excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sports Minded Marketing Representative. This full-time position is perfect for someone passionate about sports and marketing, and who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be expected to work onsite at our facilities and various client locations to directly engage with customers and clients. This position entails substantial interaction with the public and requires someone who is energetic, personable, and professional.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sports-Minded Sales Representatives will work face to face with customers at our client’s retail locations to educate customers on our client’s current promotions and offer customer support.
• Stay up to date with client and industry promotions by attending daily office meetings and trainings.
• Coordinate retail promotions and organize presentations of sales information face to face with consumers.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet individual and corporate sales targets.
• Represent our client and brand with professionalism and integrity at all times, adhering to all company policies.
• Utilize strong leadership skills to build a high-performance, cross-functional team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Must be over the age of 18.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment.
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
