Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reports To: Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Senior Accounts Executive** to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the month-end/year-end close processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation

* Prepare and verify financial statements, ledgers, and reports

* Process invoices, payments, expense reimbursements, and petty cash

* Ensure timely closure of books and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

* Maintain and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts

* Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting

* Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory filings

* Liaise with banks, vendors, and auditors as required

* Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

* Monitor and manage cash flows and working capital requirements

### **Qualifications & Skills:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (M.Com or CA Inter preferred)

* 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience

* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, SAP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks)

* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements

* Advanced MS Excel skills

* Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
