Senior Financial Analyst
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team and support our financial planning and analysis efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that drive financial performance and growth, along with the direct supervision and leadership of financial team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
• Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis
• Lead ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting/Economics, Business Administration, or related field, or perhaps equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field, ideally with specific experience in Public Accounting, FP&A duties/leadership, and in a perfect world, experience from the Food growing/agricultural space, perhaps even in the CA Central Valley.
• We would desire that this person has direct experience with Business Intelligence tools and enterprise resource planning systems.  Specific POWER BI experience would be ideal.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Experience in farming accounting and operations preferred
• Proven track record of budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a successful track record of team leadership or supervisory success.
