The ideal candidate can provide on-site technical and operational support in the installation, operation, and maintenance of special purpose computer based client server systems and equipment. Candidate should have the ability to analyze complex hardware and software malfunctions and implement solutions. Superior interpersonal skills required for daily interface with customer management, technical, and operator personnel. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Come and join a dynamic team of technical professionals with BAE! We need your strong Systems Administration experience in a Windows environment that includes Active Directory, GPO configuration, and Client systems support. A big emphasis right now is a cluster rebuild that is going on currently, but priorities could switch to other things that are needed such as assisting users or providing minimal networking support. That could include remote accessing the switch, configuring it. Some VLAN knowledge could be beneficial too. Experience in building servers and the ability to run scripts as well as write in Powershell or Python. This is a brief snapshot of this very important, key role we perform for our customer . This is 100% on site. Core hours are 9:00 to 5:00 PM. Mid to senior level experience needed. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills 1. BS degree with an emphasis in Information Systems/Computer Science with 4 years of related experience. 2. High speed ethernet, fiber, router, and firewall experience. 3. Enterprise Storage administration experience highly desired, i.e. MS Storage spaces. 4. Failover clustering experience. 5. Hyper-V administration experience. Experience with SAN/DAS/NAS configurations and administration is preferable. Hyper-V experience and firewall configuration are highly desirable. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $97800 - $166320 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
