Are you passionate about understanding users and shaping products that truly make an impact? As a Senior UX Researcher , you’ll uncover deep insights about our customers and help create experiences they love. Your work will directly influence product direction, ensuring our web and mobile apps, as well as our internal tools, meet user needs in intuitive and meaningful ways.
In this role, you’ll use a mix of qualitative and quantitative research to drive strategy, guide product decisions, and improve the overall user experience. You'll collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure research findings turn into actionable improvements.
