Responsibilities:

A competent Resolution Support Specialist is organized and efficient in their work. Their primary goal is to support and be the liaison between the Case Managers and Tax Prep departments.

• Outbound call as needed with current clients.
• Educate and update the client on their file and the next steps to ensure the cases are being moved along.
• Requesting any pending documents such as Bank statements, Tax Forms, etc.
• Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company (Tax Resolution)
• Be the first line of defense taking on incoming calls for all of servicing to avoid our servicing team having to take these calls (if possible)
• Take Inbound Calls from the call que, redirect the calls as needed based off the clients concerns or questions.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate services or products to prospects.
• Prior Tax Resolution Experience preferred.
• Persistence and resilience to dealing with escalated clients.
• Excellent outbound calling skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities.
• Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience.
• Computer literacy for data entry, and CRM use
• Ability to work with various department managers and employees.

Compensation:

• Hourly $18-$20.00/ Hour (DOE)
