ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you hungry to start a sales career with real earning power? FreshTax is hiring Tax Relief Sales Openers to be the first voice of hope for individuals looking for real solutions to their IRS tax debt. No cold calling - these are inbound leads from people who have already reached out for assistance. Your role is to qualify their situation, build rapport, and schedule consultations with our Resolution Team.

Work Environment:
This role is 100% on-site at our FreshTax headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. Remote work is not available. We foster a high-energy, collaborative environment where success is celebrated.

COMPENSATION:

• Base Pay: $17.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours per week)
• Commission : Top performers average $8,000 - $15,000 per month
• Annual Earnings Potential: $75,000 - $200,000+

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Speak with inbound leads seeking help with IRS tax debt.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand each client's financial hardship.
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultations with our Resolution Team.
• Build trust and clearly explain how our process works.
• Use active listening and follow proven scripts to gather key information.
• Maintain accurate notes and client records in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build quick connections and keep clients engaged.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
• No prior tax or sales experience required - full training provided.
