Profiler Consulting, a trusted Minnesota-based firm with 40+ years of experience and over 4,000 loyal clients, is seeking a highly detailed Enrolled Agent to join our in-person tax team. We specialize in high-impact tax strategy, stress-free compliance, and maximizing client deductions across personal and business returns.

This role is ideal for an experienced, credentialed preparer who thrives in a professional office environment, values face-to-face interaction, and is committed to excellence in client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and personalized tax preparation services for individuals and businesses
• Meet with clients in person to review documents, gather information, and explain results
• Identify every eligible deduction and tax strategy applicable to each client's situation
• Collaborate with our in-house EA team on audit defense and advanced tax issues
• Stay up to date on IRS, Minnesota, and multistate regulations relevant to our client base

Requirements

• Active Enrolled Agent credential (Required)
• Strong grasp of individual, corporate, and small business tax law
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
• Willingness to work in person from our St. Michael office
