POSITION: PART-TIME ACCOUNTING TUTOR – Different Campus Locations Available
REPORTS TO: Director of Academic Success
RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current LTC student with an overall GPA of 3.0 and a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the area of Accounting, *OR* an applicant that demonstrates the necessary ability and experience in the area of Accounting.
Successful completion of accounting classes with a minimum grade of “B” in degree-level Accounting courses, such as Financial Accounting I and Financial Accounting II.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (in addition to minimum qualifications and competencies):
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a regionally accredited College or University;
Previous work experience as a Tutor.

Physical Demands
Would occasionally lift or move objects of a light to medium weight, up to 20 pounds. Work is typically performed in an office environment with intermittent sitting, standing, or walking in various settings. Full range of hand and finger motion may be utilized for data entry purposes.
This position is available at all Lanier Tech campuses; and day and evening times are available.
