Job Summary

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, utilizing a deep understanding of both technical domains and project management methodologies to navigate challenges and drive project completion.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Manage the entire delivery process, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality control.
    • Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Provide guidance on technical decision‑making and problem‑solving.
    • Ensure the use of best practices and innovative solutions in project execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and other departments.
    • Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Agile Methodology:
    • Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement within the development team.
    • Implement and manage Agile processes to enhance project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to maintain delivery on schedule and within budget.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status.

Education, Experience & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical projects.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • In‑depth knowledge of relevant technologies and development practices.
