Job Description

Paradigm is searching for a Technical Project Manager to support our client, a global leader in the trucking manufacturing industry. As an experienced Technical Project Manager, you will support in the development of global, multi-disciplinary, complex projects. In this role you will be a part of the PMO department, consisting of program and project managers, and will report to the PMO Manager.

Type : 6 Month Contract (Renewable)

Location : Lewisville, Texas | Hybrid

As a Technical Project Manager, you will:

• Design and organize programs and projects by contributing to their definition, management, and delivery within the preconditions of scope, quality, effort, risks, and time.
  
• Ensure that the developed application or system is properly embedded in the receiving organizations (IT operational management, Business application management).
  
• Report and coordinate with clients and business partners.
  
• Actively monitor the progress of projects, and address deviations promptly.
  
• Provide reports and presentations of the QTCP (Quality, Timing, Cost and Performance) aspects of a program.
  
• Produce program schedules in close consultation with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
  

Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes:

• Master’s degree and experience in technical and business aspects (information technology / technical business administration / computer science / engineering).
  
• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager with demonstrated achievements in complex, multidisciplinary technology programs / projects.
  
• Business acumen and domain knowledge of automotive engineering and connected services.
  
• Must have Automotive industry experience. 
  
• Connectivity/telematics experience highly preferred.
  
• You are familiar with common project management frameworks such as PMBoK and preferably certified (PMI PMP, IPMA, Prince2, SAFe, PAL-e), and have experience in hybrid/agile projects.
