Faith-Based Remote Telehealth Associate Licensed Therapist

Job: Associate Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist - Work from home.

Associate Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist for Christian Counseling Group. We are a Christian Faith-Based Organization searching for good Therapists, experienced in private practice, with a true heart to serve God. We are a great support group to join who understand teamwork and camaraderie. We work together, but still are able to maintain that private practice feel. We are looking for Therapists to service Adults and Veterans. Give us a call for an interview. We offer Telemental Health Services. Very flexible and will be able to work from home.

• Collect data about clients by using testing, interviewing, discussion, and observation techniques.
• Provide individual and family counseling to primarily veterans when needed. 
• Evaluate data to determine the nature and sources of clients' concerns.
• Determine the advisability of counseling or refer clients to other specialists in such fields as medicine, psychiatry, legal aid, and home economics.
• Counsel clients on concerns and a wide variety of Behavioral influences (Divorce, Depression, PTSD, Addictions, Compulsions, Marriage, etc) using a range go modalities.
• Assist clients in understanding and gaining insight into the causes of their concerns, define goals, and plan action to assist them in eliminating or correcting problems.
• Follow up on the results of the counseling and refer clients to other counselors for further therapy.
• Work aids used by Marriage Counselors may include:
• Professional journals, references, and other publications.
• Counseling, therapy, and progress reports.
• Records and files.
• Community services, referral directories.

Requirements:

• Must possess a minimum of a master’s degree in mental health counseling or allied mental health field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Must have two years of post-masters experience which includes 3,000 hours of clinical work and 100 hours of face-to-face supervision.
• Must possess an associate license in Virginia.
• Credentialing will have to be done if you are hired on board (must be willing to wait at least 90 days to start servicing clients).
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
• Schedule: PT Work as many hours as you want. You can set your own schedule.

Compensation: 

• $33 per hour.
