Fun Town RV was founded in 2010 and has grown substantially over the last ten years. We currently have 14 locations and have plans to add several more in the next few years.

Duties

• Process all new title transfers for Texas or Oklahoma via Web Dealer and ones submitted to the tax office.
• Process all title transfers for out-of-state.
• Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Complete DMV registration paperwork through Title Tec system.
• Enter all information needed for title administration in computer system.
• Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed.
• DMV to obtain correct fees for all out-of-state deals.
• Ensure that title registration receipts are correct once processed from tax office.
• Responsible to scan a copy of all processed registration receipts in System.
• Follow up with out-of-state Department of Motor Vehicles’ for processing title transfers.
• Verify all trade in documents are in order and document information in Unit inventory and mark “title in house.” Scan title and load into financial tab of Unit Inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Customer Service experience
• Previous dealership title clerk experience is preferred (2-3yrs experience)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
