Responsibilities:

• Process Title work: Process and re-assign all titles for sold vehicles in a time sensitive manner; Examine title for accuracy and conformity; Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers and regulatory agencies.
• Answer incoming phone calls on multi-line phone system and direct to the appropriate department or personnel in a timely and professional manner.
• Post PO’s: Input Purchase Orders into CDK and close them daily.
• Purchase in New/Used Vehicles: Purchase and stock in any new or used vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
• File: File documents within the Accounting office to maintain a clean work area.
• Scanning: Assist in scanning car deals into CDK.

Skills Required: To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong phone skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Motivated Self-Starter
• Team Player with a Positive Attitude
• 1-2 Years title experience preferred
• CDK knowledge preferred but not required
• Bi-Lingual preferred but not required (Spanish & English)
