A Day In The Life As the dynamic Trade Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the powerhouse linking APAC markets with our international trade marketing support team. Your mission? To ensure our brand standards are not just met but exceeded across all trade marketing activities, from Evergreen POS to Windows and Walls, and any electrifying promotional artwork. You'll work hand-in-hand with local market teams, providing expert guidance, sharing cutting-edge best practices, and turbocharging the adaptation of global strategies to meet regional demands. The Impact You'll Make Receive creative requests and briefs from local APAC markets Manage briefs in Click up with market leads and internal creative agency Track feedback and comments from markets and share with local agencies Organize creative edits and ensure all versions are saved clearly and shared with the teams Ensure proper brand guidelines are followed for consistency Manage internal Trade Marketing document to update the status of each project, approved creative and other important files saved and allocated accordingly Support the Manager with all marketing and events strategy and market-specific initiatives. Update manager regularly on approved projects, pending, and sent to the markets Attend internal meetings with the markets to report on program and creative progress Support manager with admin tasks e.g., updating PowerPoint slides, renaming files, and any other general admin tasks that are needed. Who You Are Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, Public Relations or related field of study Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Marketing product launches Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in brand protection Computer Skills Desired: Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) Click Up Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated base salary of $20.00- $26.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
