At Subaru Concord, we’re looking for a friendly and motivated Trade Up Specialist to work directly with our service customers and introduce them to the benefits of upgrading their vehicle through our Trade-Up Advantage Program. This is a customer-focused, consultative role—not a high-pressure sales position. You’ll engage with customers in our service drive who are in a strong equity position and educate them on how they could move into a newer model with little or no change in monthly payment.
