We are looking for newly licensed Class A CDL drivers to join our team, offering excellent training and a starting pay of $0.56 per mile. You'll be running OTR routes, mostly east of I-35, with occasional trips to the West Coast. Upon completing 200-250 hours of hands-on training, drivers can expect to earn between $1,400 and $1,680 per week.

Position Overview:

• Hiring Locations: We are hiring drivers from AL, CT, DE, GA, IN, KY, MA, RI, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, WV, VA, VT, and FL.
• Operating Area: You'll spend most of your time running routes east of the Mississippi River, with occasional runs to the West Coast.
• Training: During your 200-250 hour training period, you'll earn $650 per week.
• Post-Training Pay: After training, drivers will start at $0.56 per mile and typically run between 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. You'll be eligible for pay increases every 3-6 months, reaching up to $0.64 per mile after five years of experience.

Freight & Perks:

• Freight Type: 100% dry van freight, with no-touch loads. Half of all loads are drop and hook.
• Extras: After training, drivers can bring a rider and a pet on the road with them.
• Home Time: Drivers are typically out for 14 days and then enjoy 2 full days off. You can also take the truck home during your time off.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• A clean driving record is required, with no major speeding violations (15+ mph over the limit), serious accidents, or DUIs within the last five years (and no more than one DUI in a lifetime).
• No misdemeanors or felonies in the past 10 years, and none involving children at any point.
• Cannot have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test.

We provide comprehensive training and ensure drivers are home every other weekend. You'll enjoy plenty of miles and great earnings, with the flexibility to stay out longer if you want to increase your pay but that's entirely up to you!
